Wow! This is a commitment but I will give it a shot at least. I am headed home from the beach and need to get back into my routine. Since I will be starting on the 4th, let's shoot for 22 hrs.2

Going to back out on this one. Just got a pretty bad hernia last week. Will still eat healthy in the mean time though and see what the doctor says about exercise.2
