It is the name of a gym that does HIIT in a group setting. I've only been a few times as I am not a member, but periodically do drop-ins. The times I have gone, the hour is split between running on a treadmill, rowing, and body weight/lifting exercises. Like, the first 20 mins will be interval running on a treadmill, the next 20 will be interval rowing, and then the last 20 will be a combo of, like, burpees and shoulder presses or jump squats and bicep curls (so, a combo of a lift and something to get the HR up).

The goal is to maximize your time in the orange HR zone, which is the tier below red.
