I have lost 32lbs so far, in order for me to get this far, I exercise, i cut out salt, I no longer eat pork, beef or fried foods and i count calories.l also drink plenty of water. When i get bored with my diet i indulge in things that my diet dont consist of but i dont go overboard and i still count calories and get right…

Make sure you are weighing your food properly with a food scale and make sure are drinking plenty of water. It can also be muscle that your gaining and not fat.

I still eat chips but i only eat small bags so i dont over do it i believe its best to take small steps then deprive yourself, i canceled my gym membership purchased a used tredmill for $50 for my home and i work out anytime i want and prepare your food ahead of time that always seem to help me.

I think using the same scale at the same time of the day (morning). ... is the best way to track weight when using a scale.

Everyone is different but since i started my weightlose journey, I no longer eat pork, beef fried foods, chips, rice,salt or pasta. I lost 27lbs so far and its coming off fast.I also drink only water unless im treating myself to a glass of wine
