I call it a cheat meal...
-
If you dont have "cheat days", and if the things i wrote dont apply to you then why even bother commenting.
-
I was asking bc today i didnt eat as clean as i usually do however it all fit into my calorie goal so i guess this is not considered a cheat day, thanks everyone

I like to have drinks and relax however i cut out a lot of drinking because loosing weight is more important to me so i plan days that i may want to have a drink and save calories for it.. You look awsome!!!!!

Just try harder to stick with it and your body will get use to it.It may be a hard adjustment for your body so for now when you feel hungry grab some fruits or veggies to get your body use to the adjustment.

I eat breakfast at 10a lunch at 2p and dinner at 6pm i do this everyday weather im hungry or not because it prevents me from overeating, and It helps me stay within my calorie goal. It helps me stay organized and i also plan my meals in my head of what im going to eat, and i drink plenty of water in between.Water only

Whatever works best for you but i weight myself every morning after i use the bathroom when i wake up, my scale matches the changes my body is going through, for instance when im able to fit in to older cloths that i once grew out of the numbers on the scale also goes down, it all matches up for me

I work out but a lot of time life gets in the way and i dont have time to work out, however portion control and counting calories is everything, drink plenty of water and count calories i have been able to have a successful weight lose journey off of this alone.

I have always been confident however i rapidly gained 30 pounds and was very very uncomfortable....I wanted to feel confortable in my own skin again. Once i began to loose a little weight and started fitting into my old cloths again it gave me motivation to keep going.

This is true

Thanks everyone!
-
You did great. Congratulations on your progress.

I started my journey in March and i lost 20lbs so far and i have 20 more to go. I believe the reason my progress has been so slow is because i wasn't educated in the beginning.MFP has really helped me.
