I believe so, my period use to stay on for 7 days prior to losing weight now it stays on 3 days and I couldn't be happier :)

I do 18:6 and it works great for me. I count calories less and I am still losing a consistent 2lbs a week.I work out and drink plenty of water I fast 18 hours a day and i dont have my first meal until 5pm. It works great for me.

I started with 1200 calories and lost 2lbs a week consistently, i lost 44lbs counting calories now i do intermittent fasting and that works even better for me.

I think you should have whatever you want, long as your within your calorie goal.

You can do it, stay committed to logging your meals everyday as well as staying within your calorie goal, know that everyone slip up at times. Try to look at it as living a healthy lifestyle rather then somthing for the moment,and know that the benifits are rewarding. It took me 6 months tp loose 40lbs
