Who is all from Michigan?

Me!! I need some support too. Everything is falling apart and if I am not careful I will eat eat eat because I am sad, hurt, angry, confused, humiliated and just about everything else.

I'm right on the border to Ohio. Also looking for more friends and more motivation.

I am not very good at exercise but I do enjoy walking. I am hoping that I can make myself sign up to walk in some of the 5k charity runs that are all around Michigan when the snow is gone. This would be a great place to post these events as we come across them!
This is only my second day of this attempt to lose weight and I am trying to figure out a way to stay motivated this time.
