Don’t give up - stop being so hard on yourself

Don’t look at the scale and feel bad! This is a 5 lb difference from September to yesterday (January 29th). I’ve been kickboxing too and trying to eat right which honestly I fail a lot. The point is keep trying - don’t give up. If it moves a little it might be huge progress. Take photos. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
