Absolutely! Granted it depends on the kind of dancing and how many breaks you take...stuff like that, but if you commit an hour a day to it you should definitely see some changes. I was on my dance squad in high school and my first year I lost 20 lbs without even changing my diet. Dancing is hard work!

@Penthesilea514 I love that outlook! I, too, sometimes get down on myself for not being able to do as much as I think I should be able to (in a workout or in terms of eating), but I also know that while I'm not a fitness guru I am definitely a lot better off than before! Thanks for sharing! :)

Rouge001 I am on week 2 technically but I'm kind of starting over because I had a week of vacation after my first week and with our crazy schedule wasn't able to keep up with the workouts. I know what you mean though! You definitely know you're working hard after these workouts
