@tracie-lord. Not that Iโm doing very well in this challenge, but what helps me is water. We should be drinking lots of water every day. When I notice my food consumption getting out of control I start drinking more water. A gulp after every bite. This helps me slow down with eating and fills me up faster. Keep your chinโฆ
