    I'm April, a married 58yo empty nester, with 2 spoiled cats (Milo & Lilo) and 7 beautiful grandchildren. I started seriously trying to lose weight the first week of February for health reasons.

    I've been struggling the last few months, thankfully there is still a bit of determination in me to keep going. We both have had some health issues the past year or so and had made the decision to sell our home, we will be moving in the next couple of weeks, so hopefully things will calm down after that.

    I am new. I joined two days ago after leaving Weight Watchers. I’ve been using weight weight for years with minimal success so I thought I’d change it up and so far like in this platform really well I’m ready for this challenge.

    Back for month number 4. My goal is 239.5 because it would be great to see the 230's for the first time in about 15 years give or take.

    March was a learning experience for sure, all weekends were away where I did not track foods or drinks. Noticed that I had a couple of F'it weekdays following these "free" weekends. I do not want to regain all the lost weight which means I need some measure of control during Saturday and Sunday no matter where I am (I have my phone with me why not log it? My body is recording every single calorie even if I am not)
