Slimming world worked for me when I was heavy, but then as my weight dropped and my weight loss plateaud, the slimming world answer was to cut syns and fill TWO THIRDS of my plate with superfree food. So basically, keep calories low by eating mostly veg. No thanks! I switched to counting calories, and lost another 3 stone.…
