Want to be 125

Im 5'2 and 132 pounds and I feel like I'm bigger than all the other people around me... they're all so beautiful and I think I look like a walrus.. sooo.... I want to be 125 hence the title.

    Achievable but you will need to be accurate with your calorie counting and very patient. The last 10 pounds can be tough.

    7lbs won't make a *kitten* of difference in my experience!

    Do you currently lift weights? Body composition is probably more of a concern than the actual number. Start lifting and you should start noticing a difference in how you look.

    You need to work on your self esteem or 7lbs won't make any difference.

    And there is always someone else who is prettier/thinner/fitter/bigger this/smaller that... stop comparing yourself to other people. Comparison is the thief of joy.

    This sounds good to me. I'm 137 and looking to reach the high 120's, but I have been around 135 and quite small when I was stronger and leaner. So aiming for that lower weight, but I will be happy to see body recomposition. Feel free to add me as a friend. I am working on my self-esteem as well and I find MFP is a great place for supporting that.
