  • I am a lover of IF. I have noticed so much good stuff. I still need to check my caloric intake and I still eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, only at 11 AM, 3PM and 6PM. There is tons of research about it. I love it, because it helps me balance my sweettooth and my health!
  • Hi and I sorry to hear about your injury. It is a hard choice between calorie counting and eating no carbs. Study has shown that eating less carbs can make you moody and counting calories can make you obsessed you I suggest that you stay somewhere in between.   • As a minimalistic/ barefoot runner you always scan the floor, but than again the way you run is so different from 'normal' and I am in less pain. My joints tend to become painful.
