I agree, I've never asked why she doesn't turn to her oncologist for advice about diet. I personally consult my physician when I have questions related to nutrition.

I usually have a salad for lunch. Baby spinach, tomatoes, beans or chickpeas, sunflower seeds, avocado and a tbsp of sweet onion dressing. I also mix in a tsp of sriracha because, well, sriracha makes everything taste better :)

I did BBG in 2015 and even restarted the program after the 12 weeks was up. It was probably the most fit I had ever been in my life... Until I injured my right arm. If you do BBG I highly suggest you go at your own pace, as it is quite challenging.
