I haven't seen too much of that negativity on her, but I am sensitive and that would really discourage me. Thankfully most people have been helpful here. Do what works for you, everyone is different and get different results. Hope it goes well for you.

Keep it up. slow gains are better than none. Plus you can be in shape even if you aren't losing a ton of weight.

inches is probably a better gage, especially if you are doing training that would muscle building. weight can fluctuate from say to say based on water retention and stuff like that. Mine can change up to four pounds from one day to the next but on average is going down. maybe weigh yourself once a week and track it that…

same here. donuts at work all the time, boss buys lunch. I've been doing well though. bring my own lunch and pass on treats. I don't have the extra calories for it.

Weekends are tough because we eat out more, and I used to eat a ton. Even so now I try to make healthier options. Maybe skip the bun on a hamburger or get veggies or a salad instead if fries. I love fries, but lately I've just been making sweet potato fries at home instead.

I have wondered the same thing when u cheat and fain quickly what took me a long time to lose. Don't weigh yourself too often. Once a week is fine. I was down to 218, then up to 226 over a weekend. But it had leveled back off to like 222 within a week. it could be water weight from sodium. Just stay focused and you'll get…
