The last 2 or 3 months is the most consistent I have eaten well or worked out in a long time. cardiovascular I don't mind, but I hate lifting weights. I just force myself to do it. I don't like it, but I just do it. I'm not a disciplined type, so I have had to really work at this.

I take Celexa and Wellbutrin, which help. have pretty bad self esteem, adhd, and social anxiety. The exercising is helping me feel a lite better about myself. Stay strong and keep working at it.

I have 5. one is a name I had to spend a lot of money to get covered up. don't do a name, unless it your kids, end even then. All on lower arms. Probably done for a while.

I don't know how to use a sewing machine, but sew decently well by hand. I told my wife I would try to hem a dress for her that she bought too long. What a pain. ADHD and hyperfocus.
