I’m in a serious rut folks. I had a good week 2 weeks ago, where I finally got out of the 250s that have fought me for over a year. But then I completely just lost control. I’ve put on A LOT of weight, and I can’t get it turned around. How did this happen? All I can think about is that I’m going to have to battle my way…

I agree! I think there is definitely is something to be said for keeping your metabolism up. I lost the 100+ pounds doing just that...cheating Friday night, and even into Saturday some. My weight would go up 3-5 pounds, but then I’d lose 6 or 7 through the week. A lot of that being water weight of course. But it was a nice…
