It is tough being new here. I have use MFP off on on a few years most recently losing 30 pounds and gaining a few back over the winter. It works if you weigh your portions and log everything that you put in your mouth. Best of luck!

Sorry for your loss. I had lost 30 pounds last summer and gained back 12. I am having surgery in 4 weeks and would like to lose 10 pounds prior to going under the knife.

I feel your pain. My obliques look great but that pooch... not so much... ugggg

Plantar wart. File with an displosible nail file until red, apply salicytic acid (you can pick up at Walmart in the foot section of the pharmacy area), cover with duct tape. The following day rip off the duct tape, file with a new nail file, and repeat daily until gone.

It is not uncommon to take away the crutch (i.e. food, cigarettes, alcohol, or even drugs) and the mood worsens. I gave up the Diet Coke in June and did find it decreased my overall craving for sugar. Now I have no desire for it which I never would have imagined!

Started in June and down 25 pounds. I am glad you posted this because the scales are moving so slowly that I am getting frustrated. It is nice to see that my loss is about right.

You ladies look amazing. I am 5'7" and had my seventh baby eight months ago and my sixth twelve months and five days before the seventh which means I was pregnant for two years. I have taken off 16 pounds but have 31 more to reach my pre pregnancy weight. You are all so inspiring!
