Hi again! Well, I finally got a vacation and went to the U.S. to visit family and friends. Of course, the diet went nowhere, so I'm back at it. I only went up 6 pounds, thank heavens. How are are you all doing now?

Hi! I'm 64 and lost 23 pounds in these last 5 months. This IS doable. I "Walk with Leslie" 3-4 times a week and lift weight approx. 3 times per week. I am only using 1 - 2 pound weights for multiple repetitions, which looks better on an older lady. Good luck and I KNOW you can do it!

Well, I'm holding at 132 pounds. I would really like to weigh 130 but God only knows when that will happen. I go on vacation on Aug. 28th. It will be my first vacation in 2&1/2 years! Soooo, I'll be off diet for then. I live in Argentina and will be visiting family and friends in the U.S! Yippee!

Hi! How's everybody doing? Since I started dieting I have lost 10 kilos or 22 pounds. Hallelujah. Pants I haven't been able to wear are now too big! Ha ha ha ha. So, on my next trip to the U.S. clothes shopping I shall go!

Blast it! I went up 1.1 pounds! Damn! I DID fall off the grid with exercise this week. So, I suppose that makes the difference. Crud.

Yes, NOT looking at this as a diet is difficult. I HAVE added fish to my diet, which is a good thing. I have also discovered that some of my favorite foods, like creamy blue cheese, is not so high in calories if eaten in moderation. Yay!
