We only get those muffins once in a great while, they're from Costco and they're really good. I'm 23, 160, 5'7, and I'm not very active, I have 30 more pounds to lose and I've already lost about 40, my goal is set to 2 pounds a week.

I'm mostly vegetarian sometimes pescetarian, I didn't lose any weight until I started counting calories, the hardest part about being vegetarian for me is finding something to eat at fast food places or restaurants, that's why I eat seafood sometimes at restaurants.

I heard drinking chocolate milk after a workout can help prevent sore muscles the next day, I also heard taking cold showers are good for sore muscles. When I have sore muscles it feels good to stretch and massage them.

I heard those weight machines at the gyms are good for when you have an injury because it isolates a specific muscle and you can work around your injury, if your knee is injured I guess just work on upper body?

Pilates is good for working your core, but according to this app it doesn't burn a lot of calories.
