A suggestion would be to start with small goals to trim of some weight. My doctor has suggested for me to knock off 500 calories a day for ten weeks. Cut out all junk foods and try to exercise in order to burn some calories too! It's a step by step program for health my friend!

I too have been losing weight over this past year. In doing so, I have been able to trim off thirty pounds, but put ten pounds back on recently, which I need to learn how to keep it off. That is my goal!

My suggestion would be try riding a bike, that is what I have been doing off and on this past 27 days, plus working on yard, light landscape projects.
