Gallbladder Surgery and weight gain in stomach

Hi. I am a 60 year old woman who had my gallbladder removed over a year ago and I started a walking program and then started a running/walking program. My question is I seem to be firming up in all areas except for my upper stomach and lower. I am trying to do other activities like weight training and other cardio work. Anybody have problems with the fat that won't come off due to gallbladder surgery?

Did you have open or laparoscopic? I had a different abdominal surgery (proctocoloectomy) and my abdomen is doing wacky things as it heals (11.5 weeks for me)

Hi, I am a male who underwent gallbladder surgery six years ago, but for me I had no problems with post surgery. How about sit ups to start off for your stomach muscles?
