I gained 30 since my low point about a year ago. Just getting everything back on track now.

Probably a little late but the chipotle veggie burrito bowl with guac, rice, beans, fajita veg and green salsa is 610 calories. Not sure if that's everything but you get the gist.

Quick oats for breakfast this morning and blueberries with yogurt for dessert last night. However the last real cooking I did was yesterday when i made homemade black bean and sweet potato burgers. They turned out good and were fairly easy to make.

Lawn mowing and snow shoveling made good bucks for me when i was a kid. Also window washing and doing odd jobs for people can pay. Also pound the pavement and ask local businesses for work, someone may appreciate your initiative and give you a job.

If you live at altitude like in Denver you cannot function without lots of it. Also it helps you poop, helps your endurance, helps reduce signs of aging in the skin, and makes you feel full after eating.

Exercise always makes my weight spike. TBH I wouldn't put too much stock in your weight changes unless your seeing it go up month over month, but at least every other week. Dry beans, potato, rice, pasta, oats, cabbage, spaghetti squash, cauliflower, eggs, and certain fishes can all be healthy and cheap bases for your meals. If you like the seasoning of it look to Indian cuisine for so many vegetarian options because meat is expensive unless you get it on sale.

I have lose skin around my abdomen and under my arms. When I stand up you really can't tell too much though. I plan on weight training in the coming years which may help some with the lose skin.

Do you still eat high fructose corn syrup in your food? Cutting that out may help as it is a contributing factor to fatty liver.

Around 700 a meal. That's not that much when you get into planning it out. Also if it's too much do 600 a meal and leave 310 for dessert.

You could be changing your body recomp. Also inflamation will show as a false gain, I would keep going on your program for 8 more weeks and take pictures of yourself and measurements. When you are lifting the scale can lie, especially in the beginning.

I have found that unless a meal is in the lighter section or a salad, eating out portions in the USA are two meals worth of calories. Its best to just save half your meal for later, or split it with someone.

This is exactly what I meant, if you are hit with feathers they have lower density, hence 10 lbs is not really 10 pounds because technically you wont be hit with them all at once due to their low density. Water, Water with lemon, La croix, tea, coffee, a good glass of wine, or a really strong beer. The wine and beer have a decent amount of calories but if you drink them sparingly or save calories to log for them they give you something to look forward to.
