No, my goal at 1.5lbs/wk was 1650(ish), and my goal at 2lbs/wk is 1420. I finally fixed the problem by uninstallling/reinstalling the app on my phone.

I'm having the same issue. I recently changed my goals to lose 2 pounds per week, and the app still shows my calorie intake for 1.5 lbs/wk. I don't know what the fix is. Anyone else have this issue?

Same here. Started acting up again last night and was able to fix it, but it started acting up again tonight. So frustrating!

NSV: as I'm losing weight (currently down 47 pounds), I am noticing things about my body I never noticed before. Yesterday it was that I have bones and tendons in my feet that I'd never seen before. It's the little things that make me happy! LOL

I'm from CT, and we don't have our weight on our driver's licenses. Thank god. LOL

My people, my people.....so glad to see others like me! I've lost 47 pounds since last summer by allowing myself to eat whatever I want as long as it generally fits within my daily goal. Life is too short. Eat the cake, and balance it with a salad. LOL

I felt very much like you do when I started in June 2017. There is so much info out there! I've been overweight my whole life, and had no clue where to start. I'm a similar age (41), and am mostly sedentary due to my desk job, and I hated exercising when I started. My motivation when I started was a vacation as well! I…

I took the stairs at work yesterday instead of the elevator. Three flights to get to our floor. It's the first time since we moved here in January that I haven't felt like I'm going to pass out once I got to the top. Almost 35 pounds lighter makes a difference!

I have about 135 pounds to lose, and I'm about 21 pounds into that goal. I'll be around a while, so feel free to add me!
-
I also have a desk job, and I started taking laps around the office to make sure I'm getting at least 250 steps per hour. Added bonus = if I'm not at my desk, people leave me alone. LOL
-
^^^This....ALLLLLL of this. <3

Good luck Rachel! You can do this!

I, too, have started this journey at 310 lbs. I am so proud of you for making changes for your health! I'd say, no matter what speed you are walking, you are walking faster than you were a couple of weeks ago when you weren't moving hardly at all. I'm 4 weeks into this journey so far, and I've been doing Zumba. I've found…

So, I just wanted to give an update...I switched my settings to track sodium intake, and boy was that an eye opener into what happened on Monday. I also got a food scale, and have been using that to measure food intake. I weighed myself this morning (5 days later), and I'm back down the 6 pounds I had "gained" and down an…

Oh man, I just posted about this same thing. I also started on this journey 4 weeks ago, so to see the scale jump up is a REAL bummer. The consensus on my thread is it's likely water weight and that it should get better soon. Hang in there! I'm right there with you!
