  • I've been mixing up some collagen protein powder w/ water or ice tea & it does give that full feeling. Protein is key to feeling satisfied
  • Are you losing inches? Maybe take full body measurements ... I read on another site a lady gained 12 lbs up front, but lost several inches b/c she was working out, then after a while, the lbs went down. Also have you ever had your thyroid levels checked?   • Hi, I am hypothyroid, fibro, was in a serious auto accident a few years back, a residual from that is I can't exercise much b/c it sets off my pain issues. I had to retire from a job I loved too. I feel stuck in neutral :(
