I am struggling with motivation and cannot seem to keep up with logging and eating well

Decide your worth the effort. Sometimes easier said than done I know, but it's the best sort of motivation. Because you are worth the effort. Make smaller changes, build up from there. Even one step forward is a step in the right direction.1

I hear ya ... am good on this kind of stuff for a few days, then slack off ... am really going to try hard for the rest of June ... if all goes well, will aim for another month, guess what I'm thinking is to set small goals for now, thus the 1 month at a time, but I so understand where you're coming from0

I'm working my way through 1/2 cup of Blue Bell ice cream. Earlier I had a handful of plain M&M's. I'm under my calorie goal for the day, and all is well. What are you finding difficult?0
