May be too late now, but I made devilled egg salad to get thru my 1 week egg fast. Not sure how ur doing it but if cheese and fats are allowed with the eggs u can do egg salad and chaffles to have some variation from boiled eggs

Even OMAD dry fasting isn't working. I'm gonna have to fast continuously until I reach my goal weight.. probably have to fast forever

@A_Dabauer yes, I'm dry fasting because it's 3x as effective as water fasting. I'm well informed of it's effects and benefits, not worried about fasting too long

If u aren't hungry don't eat. U could probably benefit from a day of fasting for the nausea, give ur gut a lil break to heal

My weight loss has come to a halt... I also gave up on any sort of healthy eating during my monthly curse, so I'm starting over yet again tomorrow. Thanks to all the takeout stress eating, I've undone my weight loss progress yet again.. I have 2 HealthyWage challenge deadlines at the end of this week, and I'm about 10lb away from my goal :'( Fasting is my only hope now, IDK if it's even possible to win at this point

Well, I broke the booze fast last night. Had dinner and drinks with the girls. Today is parade day, I'm debating getting a bottle of something to share. I didn't gain weight from last night, but I didn't lose either. Not sure if I can stay dry thru Mardi gras season. I'm on a slippery slope!

This Saturday is Chewbacchus parade in New Orleans... I'm supposed to be part of one of the krewes but I haven't kept up with everything since November :( I'm considering staying dry another month, thru Mardi Gras season. Yesterday was my first attempt at water fasting since last summer, been doing intermittent fasting working down to OMAD. I ended up eating macadamia nuts at midnight... I technically lasted over 24 hours, but I wish I had just gone to sleep and got another 8 hours of fasting!
