I am a stress eatter myself but lately I have been watching myself cause I want to lose this weight. There are days that I do not want to log my eatting but then I am like I want to lose the weight for a healthier life.

I lost 5 pounds last week. Today was the first time in 3 weeks that I have not gone to the gym. I have been cleaning in when I say cleaning I mean deep cleaning my room before my life is full of school work. I am a student at ETSU! So today I skipped the gym since I have been cleaning non stop.

One of my favorite things to eat is a banana with peanut butter. I also I have a fondness of Special K Berry cereal in the mornings. I have been eating a lot more broiled chicken than anything.

I have not checked my weight yet but to me I feel that I did really well. I was able to go to the gym every day and I watched what I ate. I had a few days were I ate things that I should not have but feel good. Making sure I drink plenty of water while I work out I need to do more of.

Yes and plenty of it. Todays plan it so go to the gym and do about 10 to 20 min circuit workout.

I am mainly watching what I eat and how much I am eatting. I use to eat untill I was overfull. I can start to tell when I am getting full and I now stop when I get to that point. I have been going to the gym every day to work out and lose this weight and also to tone the body. I amnow starting to get the hang of things.

I have been watching the carbs and what I put on my plate. Today has been a hard one. I have not wanted to do anything. Feeling depressed because I just lost my mom about 2 months ago. So today is a hard one, but I will still be going to the gym.

I just did a 20 minute basic workout with nike training. Will be going to the gym tonight so I will add an extra 5 minutes to my workout time tonight. Thanks for the tip.

I just completed a 12 min circuit training. Will be going to the gym later today to do my hour and a half workout.

I feel like I did very well. Was able to go to the gym and work out for about and hour and a half. I did over 14000 steps yesterday. Just trying to stay active.
