I bought some new scales yesterday and weighed myself in the afternoon and only lost 1lb, after walking the dog this morning before breakfast weighed myself and lost another 3lb. Think I will weigh myself in the morning and only once a week otherwise it could become a bit obsessive

I wouldn't class myself as a vegetarian because I eat fish, my problem is comfort eating and I can graze my way through a packet of biscuits as easy as a lot of fruit.

The make is Blue Dragon, it extra firm silken style. It came in my 1p box from approved foods. It says on the pack to drain and rinse under cold water and pat dry. Do you have to cook it or can you just chop it up. I intend to have a salad for dinner today, so it could go with that.
