Thanks mulecanter. I managed a fast paced two hour walk. Tomorrow I’m going to try a walk/run combo to get a little more burn. It’s been years since I ran so I’m going to have to retrain my body.

What a wonderful achievement! This has really encouraged me! Did a weigh in this morning and weight has plateaued last two weeks. It gets you down sometimes when you've been working so hard! I only want to lose 9lbs but at times it feels impossible!

I totally understand! I am 5foot 4in and have always wanted to be a dress size smaller than I am. I have never achieved this goal and constantly get upset with myself when months of weighing food and regular exercise to create a calorie deficit produces no results!
