Laudable is also a weight neutral drug in this class of drugs. I have been on it several years and have lost 25 pounds

I can't lose wt on weight watchers. The old program was a lot better for me. I have tried it twice since they started the zero point foods. It's just too many calories for me

Breakfast for dinner. Omelets or scramble some eggs aND add a frozen waffle. Quick aND easy. Sometimes I throw in some mushrooms or spinach and grape tomatoes and a pinch of parmesan cheese

I have a healthy crockpot meals cookbook that i use.just take a couple minutes in the morning and have dinner ready when you get home from work. Sometimes I throw a whole chicken in for 8 or 9 hours on low. You can include some red potatoes baby carrots and a quartered onion

I felt that way this week.i have been on this plan off and on the last few years and started at 243 and now weigh 217. Progress Is slow and I have a long way to go. I rely on pre-made salads and bagged lettuce and just add a soup or sandwich to it. Frozen veggies in steam bags to throw in the microwave. I liked the old points plus ww. I lost 25 lbs. I gained some back and found that the newer program that they had a year ago didn't work as well. I was actually gaining on that program so I quit .

My problem with ww was I got 27 points and was just hungry all the time. I couldn't stick to it, The leaders response was to fill up on more veggies which was not satisfying to me. I crave sugar and sugar is really restricted on the plan. A piece of cake is 24 points
