Hi all,

Looking for some friends to help keep me accountable for my weight loss in the coming year(s). I've recently been diagnosed (through an elimination diet/GP confirmation) that i've a sensitivity to yeast and carbohydrates which has caused bloating and weight loss issues (explains why i've always struggled to lose weight and then give up).

I'm UK based (Yorkshire) and welcome friends on Garmin as well.
