If I have day or meals. I try to compensate by eating more veggies the next meal or day. You can average your calories over the week to make up for it instead of going all in on the calorie deficit the next day. Like divide how many less calories over the nest 6 days instead so you're not super hungry.

I watched 'What the Health' last night. A lot of what they're saying makes sense about processed foods, and additives and sick animals that people eat (doesn't sound great). I had a dream my ex was on an airplane with me on a flight and he said he couldn't be seen with me because of his religion. Which is sort of what happened in real life. Very strict middle eastern culture but I wasn't buying it in real life or in my dream. LOL Brain was telling girl to stop messing with nonsense.
