Ground turkey $5 Bagged Brown rice $3 Package of Carrots .99 And add spice to the turkey. Healthy and filling. Each package of turkey lasts me 3 days so 2 will last six days. I put 2 carrots in each meal and rice will last all week. Costs about $15 for the week. That’s just my at work meals though.

Personally I think dark roast is the best. If you afford beans and grind them it’s a game changer. If not then I love any dark roast. Rev is very good and Italian roasts are as well taste great black.

Try to only keep healthy snacks in the house. Usually less likely to leave the house. I tend to have the same issue where I get hungry late night. Typically I grab grapes to fill me a bit. And then I stay busy till bedtime.

Raw is good... or I consistently mix them with all my meals. And if you like spice that can really add to the flavor

Focus on one day at a time. You can do it! Each day we make it through is one step closer to our goal. You make it through each day and results will naturally happen. It’s tough for many of us. But believe in yourself. Your here, so your on the right path!

I see a lot of responses asking why...just looking for something that possibly have a little more nutritional value.. it’s ok if there really not anything else.
