So I have an extremely busy life. Married with five kids, two jobs and a busy schedule. I want to work out as much as I can but that’s obviously pretty difficult. I’ve found some exercises that I can do at work during a ten or fifteen minute break. But I’m trying to get the best out of my short time. And if possible…

Snacking
Throughout the day I snack on fruits and vegetables. Aside from one sometimes two granola bars a day I was looking for something with a little more volume to it. I read that whole grain popcorn can be fairly decent for you also as long as you don’t use butter and salt. Unfortunately I’m entirely too busy between work kids…
