Currently at my 2nd time with max 30. That with mfp had helped me shred 30lb this year

Quacamole on toast is simple and filling. You can add an egg to it if you prefer. I usually make it beforehand and would last for a week or so sharing with my daughter. It’s simple to make with a blender. But if you have mad chopping skill that’s doable too and will be pleasantly surprised with the texture.

Did it for 2 months in the past. Helped put me off my high bp pills. Then as the weight started to come off I transistion back to my original foods in smaller portions.

I want to see my ab lines clearly not just from 45 degree with good lighting

Thank you for taking the time to share this. It made me want to rant out a little bit just to get things out of my chest. In my entire life after grade 3, I have only been in healthy weight categories for 4 months. Then broke to my personal high of 285lb. It was an akward day going to the tailors with friends to get new…

Yes. I’m feeling the exact same thing.

I think it’s help would be limited. It’s one extra and useful tool for people already doing cico. For all the other, it’s almost just a random number.

1. ~60lb 2. 7 months 3. Not there yet 4. Weighing daily

Winning my dietbet games

8 month in and lost 66 lb. (slacked off for 2 months in between). So yeah, it is possible

Got IDed at liquor store today. The guy was very thorough checking dual IDs and matching name on credit card. Dude I am 33. Too old for this flattery.

I like to weight every morning right after I wake up. If I was not being mindful the day before, scale would reflect it and put me back on track. Well most of the time. Sometimes I got frustrated and extend cheat day lol

Did insanity for 5 months now. Lost 50lb (5% body fat). Don’t have picture to show. Still hate how I look in any photo.

I let my $1 Big Mac coupon expired today.

I start to take bp med at 27. Very depressed when I first found out about it. At 31, my dose was up again and was still not able to keep it under control. Vomit and headache every other day was pretty normal. On med, I was still averaging 145. Off med I would be 170. At the same time, I got phase 2 fatty liver too. My back…

A lot can happen in 3 months or nothing at all. Hardest part is to get started. After that, just keep pedalling.

Pretty sure they don’t allow pet over there. Also restaurant or any food related event.

I would vouch for insanity as well. Was on the same boat where warm up is killing me. But just keep doing it and you would notice significantly change by the end of month 1.

A little oops on oil or butter would do it. Not to mention the dressing/cream etc.

The only thing to keep me away from cookies and chips is not to stock them at home. My biggest weakness is those mint girl guide cookies. 120 cal for 2 cookie. There're prob. 2 dozens in a box. I'd finish it in one go. There are some other chips that I do not have the willpower to stop. The solution for me is to stop…

I would just ask them to join me on a work out and tell them that I'm shy posting belly pix online. Chances are none of them would come work out and I can 'bug' them about it if they dare to ask for picture proof again. Personally, I don't share my weight loose thing on social media for a peace of mind. Can't expect people…

Then create 3 different weight trackers instead of putting them on the same one. One for morning, one for post work out, and one for at night. Then those number would have a fair previous number to compare to. Hopefully this will help reducing the negative mood.

For starter I can't relate to your disorder because I never had anything similar to it. So the following is just my opinion on recording a weight gain or not. If this would impact your recovery from the disorder, please disregard it. I would/do record weight gain. It helps me stay on track even though it would make me feel…

The advice for myself would be finding a sustainable way to do this for rest of my life instead of telling myself this is just to get to my goal. Don't feel bad for drinking n eating junk unless you plan to divorce them for rest of your life. The more you restrict yourself, greater the rebound will be.
-
One quick way to do it is just change the goal setting on mfp to maintenance. Another simple way to calculate is to do current weight * 24. (This is a simplified version of the actual much longer equation, will have some margin of error in it but I don't find it too off.) Note these would give you an estimate of a very…

Didn't dance around anything. My biggest concern with it is over-consuming it without knowing you are having too much of it compared with how you would react to regular counterpart. But to name other, diabetes, heart disease. Not trying to change people's opinion about anything. Merely posting my unpopular opinion about…

Exactly the reason for my respond above. I believe the stuff you eat matters to the organ. Sure it's 0 cal, but if u have too much of it, what would happen to ur organs? We all enjoy a little junk here n there from time to time. But when u r consuming something bad and not being aware or alert of it, that'd be troublesome.

Not trying to have an argument here. It's just my opinion and the side of studies that I chose to believe. To answer your questions, again it's just my person opinion. I understand there r studies that disagree just like there r studies that reaffirm it. I believe there is more than just CICO when it comes to health. Stuff…
