I wear a chest strap HR monitor when I go to boxing classes (60 mins very high intensity) and it says I usually burn between 650-750 calories per class plus a quick warmup beforehand. My HR usually stays in the 75-90% of max HR for the whole time.

Thanks for your input everyone! I had borderline lab work come back which is why I’m trying to limit my sugar intake. As someone with a normal body weight who frequently exercises (5-6 days/wk) and had what I thought was a generally ok diet, I figure that the next step would be to try to make some modifications to my sugar…

Sous vide! Keeps the chicken extremely moist with a perfect cook every time. Active prep time is generally minimal, but does usually need to cook in the Sous vide for about an hour, then most recipes usually recommend a quick sear after the meat has been cooked.
