I once read an answer where the wife had the small blender in the garage so her husband could use it at 5am. At $15 to $20 a pop for these small blenders, it can be done.

Protein. How much are you getting. Open your diary. How many daily calories are you getting, enough?
-
But there are bad fats and good fats. So I thought.... Anyone else care explain? I really do well when I separate bad carbs and good carbs. Keeps me away from cookies and cake and lets me eat beans. Can this thinking be called something else?

The protein powder I use gives me 20 grams of protein w/ only 110 calories. Try to find a better one at your store? I have them as a snack (at 10am). Takes that snacking craving right away. NOT a meal replacement.
-
I agree a bit with this part. Why was it so bad? I try to eliminate junky carbs also.

Walmart ~$15 https://www.walmart.com/search/?query=food%20scale&cat_id=0 Digital a must. Flat surface (not a bowl) nice. Treat it gently; don't bang it around.

Just something I googled. I don't really care about artificial sweeteners. I love diet coke in my rum. I'm not some kind of anti weirdo advocate.

I'm a bear that can keep a conversation going.

Get a food scale. Honestly, it changes everything. Focus on healthy foods. Lean proteins. I'm watching my saturated fat intake and it helps me slow down my pizza and hot dog consumption.
-
Lean protein. Focusing on that really helps me. Get a food scale if you don't have one. I still have my Funyuns, but now I weigh them!
-
I'm still curious why would someone NOT log it. What would be the thinking behind that? Like not logging a binge? So life can be enjoyed?

I googled that and got this in a box: They found that saccharin (a.k.a. Sweet'N Low), sucralose (a.k.a. Splenda) and aspartame (a.k.a. NutraSweet and Equal) raised blood sugar levels by dramatically changing the makeup of the gut microorganisms, mainly bacteria, that are in the intestines and help with nutrition and the…

Ur are not even eating 1200 cals a day, you should be losing weight. How is your health?
-
I'm hypoglycemic also. I always carry a baggie of almonds in my purse. Sometimes a protein bar or a Fiber One bar.
-
At over $2 each Quest bars are nice, but eventually I found cheaper. Pure protein bars run about .67cents each on sale and are edible. Optimal Nutrition Gold Standard protein powder is a very good brand if you have a Costco membership.

I'm still not going to eat sausage daily.

Some health experts claim that the benefits of tea are overrated. They point out that a better way to hydrate your skin is to drink water. Water is also thought to be better than tea for the health of your gut. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/7836681/Tea-is-it-good-or-bad-for-you.html

Tea is overrated. Drink water instead if that makes you happy. I like water a heap of a lot more than I like tea.
-
Opinion: 1200 is too low. I could not do it for longer than a week. Could you add more time to your goal and eat a bit more? It will be easier on you.

Contact the school. You can attend and not have to get the dinning hall meals/meal plan if you get a doctor's note. This only works if the school does not offer healthy daily meals. Worth looking into if that dinning hall is the problem. Some smaller schools only offer junk.

Why not give this place a try? Go to walmart and get a $15 food scale and this place will rock. Log your food (every single bite) for 3 weeks. You WILL see results.
-
Log every bite and open your diary. People will find mistakes and offer help. The maxi climber burn 750 calories could easily be wrong.

I googled Armour Thyroid and this is the first thing I got: (from drugs.com) Do not use Armour Thyroid (thyroid tablets and capsules) to treat obesity or for weight loss. Very bad and sometimes deadly side effects may happen with this medicine if it is taken in large doses or with other drugs for weight loss. Talk with the…

Some people would say that eating bacon, cheese and sausage all day could have given the same results. Thank you for sharing a different point of view. Keto seems really big here.

I'm not sure if I want to go against webmd.com, world health organization, american health organization, health.com, etc, etc. It's my health. I will be smart about it.

Start logging your food. Get a food scale next time you go out shopping. Fitbit could be overestimating. Many things can cause weight gain including alcohol the night before, time of month, eating a salty food.
-
The first page of the site states it's temporary. Why bother?
-
After Slim 4 Life, then what? Diets don't work. Not for the long term. Eating in a healthy way is a skill you can carry on for the rest of your life. This place and a cheap food scale can work amazingly well. Why not give this a try?
-
I am talking about people that never drink water. They hate it. I myself will drink a diet coke from time to time.

Google: Healthy meal ideas. No one is going to set up a weekly meal plan depending on your likes for free. At least give it a try.
