What would you call a diet like KETO, but not keto?
I love my plain sweet potato. Plain oatmeal for breakfast with blueberries and milk. Whole pasta. Barley. Etc. I want to avoid foods with flour (does nothing for me), a lot of added sugar, and deep fried foods. Is there a diet name for all this? I would like to follow something. So Keto, but with some good carbs.?

Are all canned corn cans sweet corn?
Yesterday I discovered corn has a lot of natural sugar. I never thought about it. I'm learning here to read labels. I eat Green Giant sweet corn cans from Sam's club. If I go to wallmart, can I buy regular can corn instead of sweet corn? I also wonder if peas and green bean cans contain a lot natural sugars.
