Is there a cruise to lose weight? A weight loss vacation?

They would only serve grilled chicken and kale.

That sounds like a terrible cruise.

Will there be alcohol? Otherwise I'll pass if those are my only food options.

There are plenty of boot camp holidays you can do in the UK to lose weight.

Weight loss cruises do actually exist but I am sure they serve more than chicken and kale. Weight Watchers even has a cruise line.

I've been on one cruise (granted it was probably the wrong cruise, but hey, funds were limited at the time!) and it seemed like the biggest draw was the all-you-can-eat buffet. Unlimited kale and spring water? Not so much.

I went on one...unintentionally. I was so seasick that I barely ate anything. It was so disappointing.
