I never watch sugar from foods like bananas, apples, milk, cheese, etc. I watch added sugars from time to time and try to keep them under 25 grams / day. It has taught me that some of these granola bars are candy bars in disguise, so it was well worth watching for a while.

So I will just go by the doctors tests. I don't remember the number, but last time it was about 3/4 of that chart. Ex: if a scale of 1 to 10 it would have been 7.5.

I thought DHEA was illegal to sell. I guess not. I remember reading about how dangerous it was. Something about hormones. Anyone know if it's legal/illegal? Not sure if 100+grams of carbs/day is really necessary to support a thyroid. And powdered adrenal gland pills really exist? EH?

Why are you going vegan? Did you watch a movie? If you make a way of eating too hard, you might not stick to it for life. I cannot imagine life without eating a great piece of salmon.

I honestly think going too low cal shut down my metabolism. I stopped losing weight and felt terrible. Up those calories!

I smell less. Strange side effect I know. I started eating something green every day. Weird. Was meat making me smell or is it something about the greens?

I found it too hard to follow macros. Now I just watch my calories and try to get a minimum of 70grams/protein/day. If I make this too complicated, I know I will quit.

Cereals such as mini-wheats and bran flakes contain iron. I guess taking a multivitamin is not something you would consider. For veggies consider using the USDA entries on here since they will be more accurate than the ones people put on here.

Medical condition that prevents you from eating dairy and gluten? Did you know that most insurance will pay for a visit with a dietitian? Call your insurance company first. I am surprised that doctors cannot even give a patient a website to go to for information on what to eat.

Mine collects dust up high. Hard to find healthy recipes. I use my Ninja Mixer bowl to mix things now. Sometimes my food processor.

Caffeine makes me go to the bathroom also. It's a diuretic. Same problem. But it only lasts for about an hour. Yes, too much can cause constipation, but two cups a day should be ok. If you stop the caffeine cold turkey expect some headaches.

I use the recipe function here. Have you tried it? When serving, I "eyeball it" and put that I ate 1/4 of the entire meal. I weigh everything raw. Start measuring milk and butter.

If you commute to college, leave the credit cards and cash at home. Keep one in the car's glove box wrapped in paper and duct tape for emergencies. If you need gas, take cash with you and put it all into the tank so you do not have change in your wallet. Always have snacks with you such as a baggie of almonds, or a fiber…

Pre-logging my food for the day has never worked for me. I always end up adding something. Always. See how you do today with 1500 calories. If you eat under, no big deal, right?

I found trying to follow macros (and meeting them) too complicated. I only follow protein and have a minimum goal of 70grams/day. I'm losing weight. Getting a food scale really worked for me. I also track fiber and saturated fat.

I eat 60-70/day protein minimum and I'm losing. Almost vegetarian here.

Have the chocolate. I do. I have a mini chocolate after a meal about 50 calories (individually wrapped). I log it.
