Hey y'all! Please help me! Trying to figure out if I can set goals on here for hitting certain amounts (grams)of protein, carbs and fats per meal. Is this even doable? Like if I wanted to have 33 carbs 14 proteins and 35 grams of fat (don't laugh I'm new at this and just throwing in numbers) hoe do I do that? Thanks in advance!!!!

If you are using the free version, you can only set your macros by % of calories.

I believe if you pay for Premium you can set by grams and other more exciting ways lol.

It's been awhile since I tinkered with my macros but I believe it's in goals somewhere.

If you get the Premium version, you can set your goals by exact grams.

For free, you can still adjust your percentages. You may have to settle on being off a few grams, but it will get you close enough.

I found trying to follow macros (and meeting them) too complicated. I only follow protein and have a minimum goal of 70grams/day. I'm losing weight. Getting a food scale really worked for me. I also track fiber and saturated fat.

if you want to track macros, then start just by logging food you eat every day and pay attention to what the carb/protein/fat in them are

as you get more used to tracking and logging - start looking for alternatives - I.e If you need more fat, use whole milk, rather than 2%; or have chicken thighs instead of breast

I use this picture as a reference quite often when I need to tweak for certain macros

ETA - urgh my computer hates me! go to google image and search Macros Venn Diagram
