May I ask why Keto? You don't have weight to lose.

My husband had this Ended up having the surgery because it did not heal on its own after almost year. He fell on his side off a ladder setting up haloween decorations. Insurance paid for everything except the arm brace they gave him after surgery $200. (We fought that, but insurance said it was not medically necessary and…

Waffles are impossible for me to eat without syrup. No fun. Might as well have cereal.

Greens, beans, and nuts.

My walmart has a variety of Quest bars. Cost about $2 each. Go ahead, treat yourself. I keep a snack bag of almonds in my purse too.

Costco's deli supreme pizza I believe is exactly 800 calories.... oh, so worth it.

I went to a family reunion. Those that grabbed a diet coke can were overweight or obese. Those that grabbed bottled water were thin or normal weight. No exceptions. .... there has to be something to this. Taste buds, gut flora, craving for sweets? Or simply that people that choose water have a healthier life attitude? It…

I googled American Heart Association and I found this. Maybe it can help. https://healthyforgood.heart.org/Eat-smart/Articles/Saturated-Fats The American Heart Association recommends aiming for a dietary pattern that achieves 5% to 6% of calories from saturated fat. For example, if you need about 2,000 calories a day, no…

Salmon. Ask for it with a side of steamed veggies.

Oreos. 1 gram of protein. 2% calcium. There is no better health food than that.
-
500 calories. MFP has an entry for that. Just type breastfeeding. Best is to ask your doctor.
-
Open your diary and ask people to look at it. Are you logging all your food? Also give stats such as your appx age, your weight, height and gender. People will help you.
-
Have you ever tried protein powder? Cost (if on sale) can be as low as .57cents a serving.
-
You could find cheaper protein shakes at a grocery store like walmart.
-
There is one interesting statistic. People that choose to drink water instead of diet sodas tend to weigh less. Why? We may never know. I read it in Prevention Magazine. I'm not going to spend the time looking it up.

You can't sleep? Are you taking any supplements or drinking caffeine after 2pm? Ask in food and nutrition if you have problems. Lots of advise that can help you.

You exercise. You just don't realize it. Who washes the sheets? Mops? Vaccums? Goes grocery shopping? Takes the baby for a stroller walk? Goes to the zoo or the park? Next time you go to walmart, get a food scale. It makes this place rock. Log every single bite you eat. IF you are breastfeeding, don't forget to add 500…

If you give up since there is so little information, here are other health markers that may be more important: fasting insulin level, cholesterol HDL, waist size, blood pressure, bmi.
-
Why all the extra exercising? Just choose dinners sensibly. Ex: Choose a grilled chicken salad for a dinner and ask for dressing on the side. Can you find out what restaurants you will be visiting? (someone always knows on these planned work things). Get the menu online and plan ahead.

There was a lady here once that said that skim milk had ADDED SUGAR, because it had the fat removed. How does thinking like that even exist?
-
Pills only make your wallet thin and keep you fat. *Buy a food scale. It makes this place rock.
-
Use a food scale to help with portion control. Buy the Smucker's Natural. It has no sugar added. No palm oil. Delicious. -put the piece of bread on the scale, hit tear, and weigh the pb you add. (have you ever tried almond butter? Heaven). My no break food was chocolate. I found something called SIXLETS at one of those…
-
Do it slowly. Ex: give up red meat for a month at first. Giving up salmon and chicken and eggs for life is pretty hard. Wish you the best of luck.

Maybe it's not a craving for carbs. Maybe it's just a craving for food. Is that Krema giving you enough calories? Protein? Fiber? Fat? Is this a 100-calorie type cup? Is this it? Olympic Krema - Yogurt Servings: 1.0 Calories 100 Sodium 60 mg Total Fat 0 g Potassium
-
Maybe you should look at other diet plans that are more focused on a plant based, low saturated fats diet.

Daily out of habit. Plus, I have learned that many things can affect weight by doing this. Such as a high sodium meal, alcohol, even dehydration.

It burned my throat and took a week to recover. I drank it with water for about a week. I now drink a glass of lemon water a half hour before meals instead.

Refried beans are often made with lard. Just something to know in case you are watching calories.
-
Also, are you eating anything with the 4-5 beers a night? To lose weight, you need to log everything. Carbonation never made a difference in my belly (personally).
