You might be craving the alcohol, not the carbonation. Seltzer may have just as high calories. Google: beer belly. It's the calories that you need to worry about. Do you log your food? http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-truth-about-beer-and-your-belly It's not necessarily beer but too many calories that can turn your…

Fiancee needs to stop bringing you junk food. Get mad at him if you have to make him understand.

Make a doctors appointment and get a second opinion on that sciatica. If the doctor offers pain pills, tell him/her you want to explore other options (some people like the easy way out).

Salmon, eggs, greek yogurt, chia or flax seeds. Even a bit of dark chocolate after dinner!

I'm high good carb and losing. The trick is to cut down on the junk food. As long as you stick to your caloric goal you can lose weight. A calorie is a calorie is a calorie.

This? You simply do not log it. Were you able to eat the whole thing? I bet it was good.

Interesting how calcium RDI went up. But... it looks like it's only for the younger age group. Maybe? Now I'm confused. For women aged 19-50 it looks like it's still 1000mg / day. Right?

How do people know when it's water weight? What if it's just weight.

Earlier another woman answered about being Keto while pregnant. There has to be some research on this out there. And why are all these moms doing Keto? I lost weight by counting calorires.

Bump. I will never understand how someone can gag on water. My husband hates it also and I wish I could get him to like it. *His pee has been light brown many times. Sometimes he forgets to flush. Now that I think about it, no one in his family drinks water. Could it be something people grow up with? *The water bottle idea…

http://www.health.com/nutrition/how-much-protein-per-dayTo get your personal protein "RDA," multiple the number 0.36 by your weight in pounds. (For a sedentary 150-pound woman, that would be 54 grams.) Double it if you're very active or aiming for "optimal protein.

Breastfeeding requires an extra 500 calories daily. There is an entry for that. Don't starve yourself or your body will "rebel". And.. that baby comes first.
-
1,000 mg calcium here is 100%. My daily goal is 1,200 mg calcium, so I have to make my goal 120%.
-
You're not using the brand name for your entries? Ex: Quaker instant oats. Give name brand, people will look up the correct info for you. (I always go by weight when it comes to oats - never volume).

Google tomato mozzarella basil bites. Easy to make. Healthy. I cut tomatoes in half. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/104806/tomato-and-mozzarella-bites/

I found that it takes 20 minutes for that water to "want to come out". If you are at work, you could drink a glass of water 20 minutes before your break. Just an idea.

You hate cardio? Then just walk. Once a week at the mall (early before the crowds). Around a lake with your hubby. Or a hiking trail nearby. 1200 is simply too low for me. I would binge. 1440 seems just right for me and I'm losing. If I eat under, I save those calories for a beer on the weekends.

Those body fat measurements on scales are always so wrong. Not sure why they are even on scales.

Start logging every bite on here. It really works. Get a food scale if you don't have one. You get hungry a lot? A vegetarian? Make sure your protein intake is enough since protein can help you keep fuller longer. Open your diary for help (in settings). Ask people to look at it and help you.

Purge your fridge and pantry of all junk foods. It really helped me not to see the fritos, and powdered donuts in the pantry.

Funny how doctors must be so rushed. Not even advise on seeing a dietitian.

Keto is not necessary for weight loss if that is your goal. Focus on healthy eating and log your calories religiously. You will lose weight. Just don't give up. To lose weight all you need to do is stick within your calories. Getting a food scale turned this place into a science lab that is getting the job done slowly but…

Flush it down the toilet.

If you see it in Facebook or as a YouTube link, it's not real. Just scammers trying to sell you stuff. A pill from a link is never the cure.
-
I binge when I don't have enough calories. Are you eating enough for your weight and height?
-
Log your food religiously. You will see results. Just being aware makes a heap of a lot of difference.

A therapist will tell you to avoid a place like this.

I have a feeling this deficiency is self-diagnosed. A doctor would have given a proper course of action including injections or supplement to treat the deficiency. A regular multivitamin (such as one a day) will have a lower amount of b12 than a b12 mega dose supplement will.

The stomach's acid environment changes the water to any PH it wants. Time about 20 seconds.
