I have a B12 deficiency. Does anyone know of an app that will track that?

Just a note to say that if you decide to take a B12 supplement, you might read the article below. According to a study, large doses of B12 and B6 dramatically increased cancer risk.
If you buy a supplement, read the label and don't buy a dose that's many thousands beyond the daily requirement, which is common with some supplements.

If you are deficient then B12 from food or tablets will do nothing at all. I mean, you're deficient because you cannot absorb it (unless you're vegetarian of course). You need to get regular injections, for life. Low B12 damages nerves, not just in arms and legs (pins and needles) but in your spine, eyes, heart, bladder and bowel control. Thus if you are deficient you need to get proper treatment, nothing else.1 -
I have a feeling this deficiency is self-diagnosed. A doctor would have given a proper course of action including injections or supplement to treat the deficiency. A regular multivitamin (such as one a day) will have a lower amount of b12 than a b12 mega dose supplement will.1

It's free for the main tracking functions. I don't recall what going premium adds, but I use it for free and it's great. The drawback is that it's great for USDA or other sources for whole foods. For packaged stuff you need to add your own and it's only going to have what the package provides.1 -

For people who want more detailed tracking (specific vitamins like B12, protein breakdown by animo acids), it's amazing. The database doesn't have as many commercial foods, but it isn't crowdsourced so the entries that exist are extremely reliable (and you can still enter your custom foods). I have found that it has some of the packaged food that I eat, just not as much as MFP. The Recipe Builder is also (IMO) superior because it lets you easily track consumption by the amount of the recipe you're eating (instead of having to build in servings) and it lets you insert recipes into other recipes.1 -

If OP is deficient because s/he isn't getting enough in her diet, then food or supplements will help. We don't know enough to know that this is an absorption problem.1 -
I have an absorption problem with B12, I did the injections which got it worked out, but I was horrible about going to get the injection regularly. I now take the vitamin as sublingual drops, it works. Tablets did nothing for me.0
