The WebMd site said that antibiotics will not help this. But if your doctor prescribed them, you must already have an infection. Second page quote "Antibiotics do not heal a pilonidal cyst. But doctors have any number of procedures they can try. Here are some options:"…

I am not sure if you should put Castor Oil on an infected area that requires antibiotics. I found something on WebMd. It says to keep the area clean and dry. http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/guide/pilondial-cyst#2 Soaking in a plain warm water bath is recommended. (If you meant drinking the Castor Oil, not…

Don't give up this time.

If you don't have a food scale, get one. It makes this a scientific lab of almost guaranteed weightloss. You have to log everything.
-
It really works for me. I need my beer on weekends. I call it banking calories.
-
oops. I have my daily calories set at 1600. I eat 1500 a day and "save" 100 each day for the weekend. Good god did I mess up.
-
Wish you the best. I honestly think fast food is addictive. I went without for a whole month; so hard. I always have food in my purse such as almond baggie, cheese stick, fiber one bar, protein bar, etc. You don't really have to go plant based to be healthy. Grilled chicken breast is a great source of lean protein. Skim…

Do what I do. I eat under 100 calories every day Mon-Thurs. I keep track in the notes of how much I'm banking. I enjoy my beer and chips on the weekend (in moderation).

I don't eat anything that has more than 10 grams of added sugar. Yeay, fiber one bars fit. I never count sugars from natural foods.
-
I just make sure my pee is light yellow and clear.
-
Some of them have too much sugar. I now do protein powder mixed with skim milk for my mid-morning snack
-
Up to you. Before buying an entire container try a protein bar from that brand first to make sure you can "handle" that protein taste. ex: walmart has pure protein powder and bars. I make mine with milk for even more protein, calcium and potassium. I drink it early mid-morning after coffee time and it keeps me from eating…

Weighing food is 100 times better (opinion). Food scale at walmart is about $20.
-
Alcohol. My husband was drinking hard liquor almost nightly and his BP was really high. If you drink, stop for a while and see if your bp changes. Get one of those bp cuffs for about $40 at walmart (worth the money).

People bringing food to work to share should be banned. It's never healthy. Co-workers just want to make you fat so they can look better.

Does it really need to be a book? I wanted a crockpot when I first got married, and I still don't have one. Could it be a kitchen appliance (they often come with recipes). A good gift I got once was a mini-mixer. A spiralizer (they come with recipe ideas). Is this a young couple? Older? If you look for a book, consider one…

Did you have a question about ADD and losing weight?
-
You have to be 18 or older to be here. If you just started your senior year, it is highly unlikely since in many states the break-off date is September 1.
-
Expensive as heck. Stuff can be found at stores. MLM pyramid scheme.
-
I wonder why no protein powder. If I need protein, I can get 25grams of protein for .57cents and only 110 calories.
-
Walking is a great exercise. I follow the DASH diet (google it if you wish). Medications have lots of side effects. I hope your doctor takes the extra step it takes to give you a chance to do this on your own.
-
You should mention if you are breastfeeding. If so, you would need more calories.
-
I saw that you take supplements. I found one supplement that can cause teeth to feel "smooth and silky". Maybe that's the waxy feel? Vitamin K2. Possible answer? http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/has-vitamin-k-2-mk-4-or-mk7-helped-you.15605/page-2 You should list in detail what supplements you take.

Go "straight forward" to a store like walmart and get a food scale (near measuring cups). I did not lose weight until I got one.
-
I don't even think I'm getting 1/10th of a beet in that tiny scoop. I'm calling it a rip-off.
-
Magnesium can also help keep you regular. I take 250mg of magnesium oxide for this at night (it can make you sleepy). http://www.constipation-remedies-for-all.com/magnesium-for-constipation.html I used to take a pro-biotic pill, in case Kefir "is tough to swallow" or too expensive to take daily.
-
Did you remove something like skim milk? The protein in it could have been holding your hunger at bay.
-
Adding 5oz coconut water adds natural potassium and makes them even more delicious. I alternate between spinach and kale so I don't have the same greens everyday.
-
Cheat meals would undo everything I did for months. Bad idea. How did I ever fall for it? Now, if I want to have pizza on a weekend I plan ahead and eat 100 calories less a day to "bank" those calories. I call it a savings account keeping track in notes section.

A food scale and this place is a million times better.
