Remember that: There are no creams to cure it. Don't fall for the internet "scams". Have you tried that Jergens tanning lotion? It can help "hide" the marks so you can wear those shorts.

If it's nice food that you think you will remember, enjoy it. If junky fast food, just be mindful.

Fiber cereal. Eat your veggies.

I got a food scale and it made this place a loosing weight scientific lab that worked. If you don't have one, get one. I'm high carb and losing. I love plain sweet potatoes too much. I also love beans and brown rice. It's all about keeping within your calories no matter what way you eat. I'm choosing a combination of DASH…

Nothing you can do. I try to eat foods high in antioxidants such as vitaminC. I have read that it can help build up collagen. Worth a shot. Maybe they will fade at least a tiny bit.

This guy has a diet? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhUkGIsKvn0

I take pro-biotics. I have never heard that they clear up skin issues. They have not helped my digestion, but have made me more regular.
-
As long as you are getting this from food there is no harm. And the VitC minimum is a measly 60mg/100%. It is ok to go over in that.
-
I was climbing the walls at 1200. Good luck if you try to do it for a full week. Hide your cats.

If you are not sure about the foods you are eating, open your diary and ask if someone has the time to review it.

As long as your pee is clear/see through/pale yellow, you are drinking enough.

I found it too complicated and gave up. Trying to stay in calories was work enough. The only macro I watch is protein. Micros I track are fiber, sodium, and calcium.
-
I can change it on my computer. Hit My Home, Goals, find the micronutrients box and click on edit Saturated Fat. Sorry, I was probably no help since it sounds like you are using a phone. (I don't even see a 13 in the goals section).

I use a site called cronometer from time to time. It works well if you cook your own foods from scratch and eat very natural. Their database is really bad with processed foods. That site breaks down all the nutrients/vitamins and minerals in foods. Including omega 3&6's. That site taught me that get very little magnesium…

Eat foods high in antioxidants such as vitC. It can help the surgery scars recover faster.
-
Don't let anyone bring you fast food. My husband does not know how to cook and I gained SO much weight.

the body fat reader on those scales are always so, so wrong.

It is 100% the case where I live. In the south http://firstquarterfinance.com/what-fast-food-places-take-ebt-food-stamps-snap/ http://blogs.findlaw.com/law_and_life/2011/09/food-stamps-for-restaurants-accepted-in-az-ca-fl-mi.html It was done to allow people that live in "food deserts" to have availability to food.

No one has mentioned that many Fast Food places take benefits. You can get your quarter pounder, biggie fries, and a shamrock shake on benefits. Taco Bell, Arby's, McDonalds, Churches, Dairy Queen, Dominoes, Wendy's, etc, etc.
-
Avoid cheap fast food. I just got back from a break and undid weeks of work.
-
A yearly doctors checkup is fully covered by health insurance. Worth an appointment if you are losing a lot of weight for no reason.
-
This is almost like the Quest bar fanaticism of a couple of years back.
-
Excellent point. And you were not taking Centrum womens reg since it's only 117% of RDA, or One a day reg women's 50+ which is only 100% of RDA in vitE.
-
@sllm1 I have never seen a multivitamin contain caffeine. *I buy my multivitamin at walmart. Plain ol' Equate Womens.
-
On that notebook, also track sodium in your diet. My husband is one of those people that are affected by it (high blood pressure). Did you eat fast food before one doctors appointment and not at the other? Alcohol also raises his numbers. Yea, it's time to bust the wallet open for that bp cuff.
-
Walmart blood pressure cuff: https://www.walmart.com/c/ep/blood-pressure-cuffs Spend at the very least $40 or you will eventually buy a better one. Use name brand good batteries. A good investment. Make a note of foods that contain high amounts of VitE such as almonds, spinach, sweet potatoes, avocados, wheatgerm, seeds,…

Go to the store and buy a veggie or item you have never eaten before, then google a recipe on it. That keeps things fun for me. (just an idea). I now make a recipe of acorn squash stuffed with quinoa regularly. I have Farro now and looking up recipes.
