@Teri_F - welcome! Yeah, I've tried WW before, but found it difficult. I am a calories in, calories out mindset and the points annoyed my brain although there program is well designed.

@jmakleanaddo I've never tried keto or low carb. I find the restrictions too difficult for me. I count calories. That way if I feel like I really need <insert bad food here>, I can. How are your workouts with low carb?

Friday is really my weigh in day, but forgot to post. SW 194.4 PW 193.8 CW 192.2 Nice and consistent. Really want to get out of the 190s. Professional life has been a complete roller coaster this last week and I did not resort to junk food. That was a huge victory.

Have you thought of creating a group to have discussion with? I tried it, but lots of folks ended up flaking. I'm here to lose 30 pounds. Would like to do it in 5 or 6 months.
