Welcome. Lost 25 lbs and got 20lbs to go. Mostly by cleaning up what I eat, quality vs quantity, and it seems to work. Even been playing around with some baked recipes, so if you have a sweet tooth, I can help with recipes like cookies made with bananas! Either way...good luck.

The premium is not worth it...I been paying it and have used the premium features once. So unless you need to track macros , cause it doesn't support all the micros, not worth it.

Please inform yourself well, intermittent fasting is good for men, can cause havoc for women. Remember we are not all the same, what works for one doesn't necessarily work for someone else

It depends on the exercise and intensity. So if the 600 cal is from running around all day, I wouldn't worry too much. If you burned 600 cal during a HIIT class or lifting heavy weights, I would consider adding some healthy cal back in...doesn't have to be all of it. Muscle needs fuel, besides, if you have too much of a…

I struggled with bulimia since I was 14...it took me until 40 to burry the hatchet. I got help for my bulimia around 27 after an abusive relationship. I then replaced diet and exercise for my desire to purge...when I was 40 I met the man of my dreams and my mom said something that changed my life... " The usual has not…

Hi! Best advice I can give you is find an exercise you love, for me its dancing, I do that even if I don't feel like working out. Second, don't diet, change your eating habits. Start by replacing your favorite foods with healthier options, e.g I love cookies and knew I couldn't do this without, so I have belvita instead.…

Hi there. I am 47 in peri menopause and have hypothyroidism. So weight has been a constant struggle. Always enjoyed working out and Nutrition is a hobby of mine. Though none of this saved me from NAFLD. So, thanks to some scary lab results, I got a kick in the butt and I am back on track.

Hi. I can relate to the ADD, anxiety and PTSD, thanks to an amazing husband and a killer therapist I got a pretty good handle on it. Being a manager is hard, since people still overstimulate me. Working out and eating right has helped me as well. I sleep better, my anxiety is manageable and my ADD well it will always be my…

Estrogen , progesterone was the worst idea I ever had...yuck. Healthy diet, exercise, proviotics , fish oil and estrogen keep me fairly balanced.

My doc recommend them, he said they will help some. I declined, though I am on HRT, couldn't imagine not being on them. It took me a while to find a doc who would prescribe them .

As long as you remember that the quality of the calories matters, you should be fine just counting calories.
-
It depends on my exercise. When I lift weights I usually end up eating the calories, the protein is needed for a good recovery.

Do you like music ? Some days when I don't feel like working out, I turn up the music and just dance ! it's a great workout and a ton of fun.

Measure yourself. I am a recovering bulimic, so I understand the scale obsession. Weigh yourself once a week, same time and same day. If you have some place you can weigh yourself , other than your place, that be ideal, cause than you can throw your scale out. Also , go by how your clothes fit ! hope it helps

Was always what society considered big, determined and angry. Grandma suggested to use that to my advantage and start weight lifting, so I did. I ended up solid, proud and healthy. After some tragic live events ( loss of son, cancer , car accident that tore multiple tendons and made left shoulder useless) it rolled all…
