I am 35 years old and currently using keto to change my eating habits FOREVER. Started this journey on June 6/17 @ a starting weight of 240#. I'm now currently @ 226# with a goal to get back to my comfortable 165#.
I was a carbaholic and just kept gaining and gaining.
A month and a half now with a mega lifestyle change, I feel fantastic, and energetic. Surprisingly I do not miss bread or pasta... my two bad habits lol. I try to bike at least 4kms every other day, and do some kettlebell work outs at home. I am loving Fitness Pal... it makes me feel accountable and pushes me to keep going.

Way to go! Doesn't it feel great to make steady and significant progress? I've got about as far as you to go before hitting goal (doing keto, too) but it is within sight. Keep up the good work!1
